We, Hannah and Quinn, are participating in the *"2009 Push for the Cure"* Canadian Breast Cancer Fundraiser this coming (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend...sorry...short notice!

The *Push* *for the Cure* began four years ago as a cross Canada longboard push by four guys raising $$$ for Breast Cancer. Every year since then there has been an* Annual Finale Push *that has longboarders riding from Hope to Vancouver still raising $$ for Breast Cancer.

We are taking part in this 3 day event that will take us longboarders from Hope through Agassiz then Maple Ridge and finally to Stanley Park. We are probably doing only Agassiz to Stanley Park but Quinn might do day one from Hope too so we will each cover over at least 100 km on our longboards...(yes...mom's bringing blister bandaids, fresh socks and chocolates). Both of us have been lucky enough to not be affected by someone close to us having breast cancer but we know people who have and we want to try to make a difference for the future. We have already raised some $$ from a BBQ at Deep Cove Outdoors and from our Fall Clothing Swap and we invite you to help us raise more by sponsoring either of us or both of us by clicking on our links....
