On May 21st, a select group of longboard builders gathered to put the finishing touches on their handmade decks. Utilizing Roarockit kits, the students of UCSD pressed, shaped, decorated and built up some sweet rides.

After their boards were built-out, they were later joined by such skaters from the Downhill Divas, LCB, GFH Boards, Phat Boards, NBS and a number of Silverfish locals. All the riders gathered, then set out across campus for a fun-filled skate: The UCSD Poker Ride. New riders and seasoned stoker alike. Read more for media coverage of the event.
