That's right, the La Costa Open will happen!  Tiger Williams and Lynn Kramer report that their meeting with Encinitas Mayor Christie Guerin went very well.  The event has been renamed The Encinitas Open Slalom Skateboard Race.  Details are below.

La Costa Boys Racing brings you Three Days of Racing:

--Friday, September 15th, 2006:   the Pump Station Outlaw.  Come race at one of SoCal's most famous venues on one of Tiger William's inspired courses. 

--Saturday, September 16th:  the Encinitas Open, Giant Slalom.  Qualify and race the same day, "C" classes as time permits.  Location:  Saxonly Road, Encinitas.

--Sunday, September 17th, the Encinitas Open, Tight Slalom.   Qualify and race the same day, "C" classes as time permits.  Location:  Saxonly Road, Encinitas.
