Ok, Was looking for a new board and decided on a Subsonic/MH Highland 42 after advice from MHM.
At the time these were selling like hot cakes. My wife was going to be visiting the US so i thought i'd try and get one of these. Problem was it was under 2 weeks until she would be there and the new batch wasn't ready yet. A bit stressed i also contacted Scott at subsonic. He was brilliant, Told me he could get me a board there on time if MH didn't work out.
I mailed mark with request, delivery details, and when the misses would be there.
I got a mail back which simply said "can do".
I couldn't belive when i got a message from Texas saying a long package had arrived for me from MH, and this was before my wife had even left norway!!
In less than 14 days, Mark had fixed me up with a board he didn't actually have in stock and had a waiting list on, delivered!
Can't say i've experianced service like that anywhere else before. No fuss, no bull, job done!
This was after taking Marks advice. I still ride this board and after trying several others this is still by far my favourite.
Really is a shame i can't shop from MH from here in Europe.
But his knowledge and advice has been invaluable.
I honestly feel that the longboard community is a richer place with people like him around.

Mark was recently running a 'limited time' deal for free xxxxxxx bearings with xxxxx wheels and I got my order in a day late (because I was waiting for a paycheck to clear) and I asked if I was too late in my order comments. When the box arrived the bearings were in there!

What a cool retailer. I have lost count of how many times I have ordered stuff from MHS, but it has always been a positive experience

When i bought my drifter the order database recieved my money but didnt record my order. mark went through the my email through the paypal and emailed me to find out what i ordered. then gave me a free hat.

Mark was able to do an insane price match for me for a whole setup of wheels trucks and bearings. Plus he threw in a couple of extras to make the deal even sweeter! I definitely won't buy from anybody else but him!

Mark can determine the king-pin angle of 10 different trucks in 3 seconds..with just his eyes. Chuck Norris can only do it in 5 seconds.

I’ve ordered two times from Mark, an Earthwing Drifter with some parts, bushings etc. and an Evo complete.  Both times I got good service, pretty quick on shipping out (not more than a day) and everything I got was in good shape.  He sets up his completes with parts that suit the board very well and I respect that.  When I bought my Evo I had no idea if Blastwaves were a good wheel, b/c I didn’t really care, and now I realize that they are practically a perfect match for that deck and it has opened my eyes to wheels other than ABEC 11.  So I’m grateful that Mark
