The International Society of Skateboarding Moms is hosting its inaugural event: the Mighty Mama Skate-O-Rama. It's happening Sunday, May 9th (that's Mother's Day) at the Laguna Niguel skatepark in Southern Calif., starting at 11 a.m.
All skaters--Old School or New, Longboard or Short--are invited to come and support moms who skate. Fuel TV is filming; EXPN is considering it. A silent auction and raffle of cool skate gear will be offered with all proceeds going to children's literacy programs. Sponsorships also available. Please see Skateboardmom.com for details!
