Oceanside, Calif. GFH Boards and Khiro Skateboard Products announced today that they'll be issuing a special bushing, only for use in the surf- and retro-style boards that the surfers formerly known as "GF Hurley Longboards" have become known for. Justin Shaw, GFH's East Coast refugee, reports in that the characteristics of the urethane formula were worked out between GFH and Khiro, to match the performance wanted out of the highly-polished GFH trucks found on their completes. "Plus, the color matches my totally sweet, AMC Pacer!", Shaw added. In the interests of journalistic honesty, the editorial board here would point out that he's referring to the color of the paint on his car, not the vinyl "wood" panels.
