Vicious Grip
For the past five years I've been looking for more grip.
We all know the problems: Longboarders are riding faster than ever, taking corners faster than ever, freeriding and doing standup drifts. Most longboards are sold as a complete board and grip - sadly - is a second thought for most manufacturers. Griptape is something they have to include to complete the board. It is usually purchased based on the cheapest possible cost and not what is best for longboarders. On the other hand, boards that are gripped at a local shop usually get shortboard griptape - certainly not designed for longboarders.
Riders are pushing the limits of speedboarding, sliding and daily riding without proper grip - so we made Vicious Grip. Over the last 8 months we've been testing over 500 feet of it. In our testing we even found that the pressure sensitive backing was strong enough to stick on top of other (clean) griptapes and many riders took advantage by creating grip zones out of Vicious and regular griptape!
Riders have come back for more, shops have requested more than we carried and finally we have it all together and ready to go in individual packages of 3 - 10"x11" grip squares for $12. Retailers can also get Vicious in packages of 10 individual packs.
Vicious Grip is:

- water resistant & oil resistant to last longer
- backed with a high-adhesion pressure sensitive coating
