With proper care and lubrication, these will offer smooth glide and fast top speeds. I have been through over a dozen types of bearings, and these and my Swiss 6's are the only ones that come to mind as an elite product.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 5 years and still going
What Setup are you running them on?: Landyachtz Chinook, Bear 852's, Retro Big Zigs Lime
Oldschool Lance mountain, Indy's, Rat Bones 85a

Typical Discepline?: Mobbin to Trestles, charging hills/parking structures, carving
How much did you pay for them?: $55
Where did you buy them?: Vans
What are their weaknesses?: Removing bearing cage is hard to do without damaging it. They should include a simple tool to remove these things.
What are their strengths?: Had these same bearings in 4 boards now over a 5 year period, and they've just gotten faster. I clean and lube them 2 or 3 times a year with speed cream, and they have not shown any signs of slowing down.
What similar equipment have you ridden?: NMB's, German, Reds, Swiss 6.
Would you recommend them?: Yes
