To keep these running at their best remember to perform maintainance, clean and lube every 2 - 3 months of riding.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 9 months
What Setup are you running them on?: Kracked Skulls Skimitar (abec 11 gumballs); Loaded Dervish (orangatang in heats)
Typical Discepline?: crusing; carving
How much did you pay for them?: $110
Where did you buy them?: Daddies Board Shop
What are their weaknesses?: Price really... not everyone is willing to fork over this kind of money.
From skateboarding experience; these DO NOT last long under the stresses and impact pressure of skaeboarding tricks.

What are their strengths?: Long crusing intervals; fast speed; smooth ride
What similar equipment have you ridden?: Bones swiss super 6
Would you recommend them?: Yes

Depending on how much you ride... clean these bearings at least once a month, or once every 2 months... and they will treat you well in return.

Ok, these bearings i feel are worth the money. They last forever and with the labyrinth shields nothing gets in them. You cant really tell that they go faster and accelerate fast unless u really get up at fast speeds. Also, i feel its more for the durability and practicality. I had Rock'n Ron's Ceramics and every time i skated crap would get in em. I hav had these for 8 months and hav never needed to open them for anything. They last a LONG time, and dont really notice speeds unless you get up there. So i dont thnk u need to buy if you do park skating.

Screw all the skeptiks, Friday, 02 February 2007

Sure Bones ceramics are expensivebut if you have been skating and as long and as often as I have they are worth it. I have had countless sets of cheap bearings and they have all turned to toast. My set of bones ceramics are noticeably faster than regular swiss bearing andthey last alot longer. So all you whiners thatare too cheap to cough up the cash or just don't know any better should shut up

sure, I'll challenge you, Friday, 02 February 2007

I'll challenge you and your ninjas! There is a reason why they have every skate related guiness book of world records. Plus they have a rebuild program too. They will build the balls into new steels when they rust or become brinneled. for a cheap price. cheaper than a new set of Bones Swiss.
