CCS said they were abec 7, but whatever. They are super smooth and fast, not to mention the price. They are also supposed to be titanium, but I'm not exactly sure how that's supposed to affect them. Like I wrote earlier, on of them popped a little sooner then I expected or would have hoped, but it still rides just as well as the others, and that was about 4 months ago.

What are their weaknesses?: One of them popped a little sooner than I would have hoped, you can't remove the casing
What are their strengths?: VERY smooth, just as fast as they were the day I bought them
Would you recommend them?: Yes

I have been running these bearings on my short board at work (i work at a skatepark) for 6 months with the grind king rims and no lube, they still haul ass past everyone. I also bought another set for a new longboard I just built and have been clocked on flatland at 18 mph just drifting, great bearings, love em. Go get yourself a set, cheap and fast.
