This is the review of the bamboo model.

Chuck Barfoot fully captures the spirit of surfing with this Donald Takayama designed deck!
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 11 Months
What is your setup like?: Holey Trucks
Tunnel Tarantulas

Typical Session Discipline: Cruising/Carving
How much did you pay?: $80ish
Where did you purchase it?: barfoot.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: This is the true epitome of surfing on concrete. Super mellow ride and yet still handles 30mph speeds pretty well. Very strong yet flexible and this board is totally different than anything else you'll ever ride.
What were the weaknesses?: Its maneuverability is not as great because of the rockered design, but it does give you very deep and true carves.
Similar decks you have ridden?: Truly a one of a kind.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: About 9 months
What is your setup like?: It came with revenge trucks (best in the hiz-house boi!), random bearings, and black kryptonics route 65s. Now I changed the kryptos to the new soft cadillacs with reds bearings.
Typical Session Discipline: Cruzin around, carvin. I love to move around on the board a little.
How much did you pay?: I think around $175
Where did you purchase it?: Barfoot longboards and snowboards.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: Its great for ridin around and carvin not down seriously steep hills but normal hills. Its long so its good to walk around on and stand on the nose.
What were the weaknesses?: the griptape keeps dirt in there and i cant clean it out. Its also heavy, but then you'll get strong!
Similar decks you have ridden?: It' similar to my siter's surf one robert august and my dad's insect surf bug.
Would you recommend it?: Yes
