The specs for this skateboard, the name of this skateboard, and the graphics on this skateboard evolved from several hundred posts on silverfish dedicated to developing this "funtime / freeride" deck. This is the first in the COMETOGETHER series, which spins your input into your dream skateboards manufactured by Comet. The FSM is a symmetrical rocker drop-through board with sidecut for a touch of torsional flex. Ride it either way; it's all the same. Drop-through mounts fit most trucks, and we can modify them if necessary.

The art on this board will be created by you. During the voting process for graphics many voiced that they just loved the logo that we burn into the board like a rancher marks his cattle... This factory stamped deck comes with a magic marker to get noodly with!

This is a great board. The durability I wouldn't brag about but it gets the job done. I wouldn't suggest this as your first board, or even your second because it is very specific to down hill and sliding, you cant do much else because of the nonexistent flex. As a board buying tip, try every board you have a chance to ride.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 2 months
What is your setup like?: Comet FSM
Paris 180's (Adam Colton)
Bones Swiss 6
O'tang stims 86a (yellow)
Venom Supercarve 89a

Typical Session Discipline: DH/Slides
How much did you pay?: 120 (deck) 300.25 (complete)
Where did you purchase it?: MuirSkate
What were the strengths of the deck.: you feel locked into the board-great concave
Great for DH and sliding
Big nose area for freeride board
Ill graphic
No flex***- makes it great for DH

What were the weaknesses?: Somewhat heavy---- no complaints, i just wouldn't suggest it for campus long boarding

No flex*** restricts the kinds of tricks you can do

Weak on the corners of the foot surface (i have had this problem with every board that has concave it is not specific to this board)

Similar decks you have ridden?: Fullbag Speedstyler is extremely similar

Impressions-

Heavier, i had the same problems with the corners on this board too. This board is heavier and does not really have a nose.

Would you recommend it?: Yes

Just a great board. It does everything well.
"you're gonna learn so much on this board" - haha, first session on this board, i never felt so stable, confident and comfortable at speed, got my first coleman in the dry, nailed an unwavering cross step without thinking.
Amazingly comfortable in pushing, riding, and in tuck.
Not too heavy, not too light.
Needs protection of some sort across the noses to stop chipping,
But all in all its a great board.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 1 month
What is your setup like?: Paris 180,
Stock barrel/cone 92ish bushings,
Bennet Alligators 71mm 80a,,
Indy Abec7s (brilliant cheap bearings, try them)

Typical Session Discipline: Having fun, trying everything
How much did you pay?: deck $140AUD second hand
Where did you purchase it?: ASRA
What were the strengths of the deck.: Killer design-
Really tough to get wheelbite.
Concave is just right, flat enough in the middle to be comfy as when pushing, front foot is comfy in tuck, cave tweaks up enough to get sweet leverage in general riding.
Got used to the rocker really quickly and i love it. Feels a lot lower than it really is, filthy for pushing, i dono, i cant exact what makes it sexy but its definately very sexy.
Plenty of meat past the trucks for manuals, shovits.
Stiff but just enough give to absorb road vibrations.
So many strengths.

What were the weaknesses?: Bought second hand, so worn in a little. The four corners where concave reaches max tweak have got a bit of wear from where board has slid/fell/i dono upside down. Chipping pretty easily at the noses. Definately going to invest in some nose protection soon.
Heaps of people are ripping on it for snapping, but im treating my board with respect and i havent doubted its strength at all yet.

Similar decks you have ridden?: Earthwing Supermodel

the entire board is so bio degradeable that it degrades under your feet as your riding it. i had it not even a month and i snapped it on a seven stair. definatly a waste of money. also my friend got the greensleeves and it also came apart. the eco glue is a no go. super glue holds it better in then the factory made. the plys come apart and it cracks easily. this board is just probably for people who dont shred very hard. curbs are definate enemies for this board as well. also when flipped over the concave will shred to pieces.
