Deck Materials: Virtually unbreakable plastic based on the carbon atom
Wow. This board has so much history we don't know where to start. It's not flexdex® composite material. It's made from a virtually unbreakable plastic based on the carbon atom. It's perfectly clear and it's only 12mm thick. You'll find the ride is smooth and seductive... and FUN. This material seems to soak up the road vibrations more than the regular flexdex® material. It's really quiet. Plus - you can see the road go by underneath! The first model based on this material was for Ebone's son, Jordo, who wanted a surfboard shaped see-thru deck. Since Ebone's main business was a plastics manufacturing business, they started cutting lots of decks from different materials until they found a material that stood up under a 13 yr old's punishment. Jordo put little strips of clear grip like flames all over the board and took it to his surfing contests. Needless to say it was a hit. It was so popular that it got stolen within a couple of days! The clear decks had many variations. One of our best riders set up a deck with risers and 70mm's for drainage ditches. And we noticed that the girlfriends really liked the board. So the clear decks evolved into the "Wahine" board. Same deck, but we changed the wheels and trucks to be more responsive to women riders. We listened to their input and sold the boards with small pieces of grip tape cut in floral shapes for them to apply themselves. This re-issue of the Classic 29 is for all ages and sex orientations. Smooth and silky ride using 62mm Kryptonics wheels will put a big smile on your face every time you ride it! Every quiver needs a clear flexdex®.

By clouding the botom you open it up to a great night light. try it. You will be happy. Eletric sander works best. make it fully clouded and even as posibal. lines will show up. take your time!
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 2 months
What is your setup like?: I sanded the bottom of the board to cloud it. Then I took red lited riser pads and pointed them inward. this lights up the whole board. At night cars can see my board from 80 feet away. Looks rad!RII 150's on RI base plates for a lowered ride.Lucky titanium bearings with Abec 11 Strikers.
Typical Session Discipline: Neighborhood or campus night bombing
How much did you pay?: 54$
Where did you purchase it?: Ebay
What were the strengths of the deck.: Highly visable and the cops leave me alone at night!
What were the weaknesses?: To small
Similar decks you have ridden?: A few slaom decks. a homemade one I did that was 22" and shaped like a gold fish. The "Fish Stick"

I highly recommend this board, It rides better than almost anything else I have ever ridden, and It looks badass. Also it"s the perfect board for commuting because it's small enough to pick up and carry once you get to the bar or work or wherever.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 8 months
What is your setup like?: Randall 150's, 70MM zig zags, Biltin abec7, 2Sunriser head lights (one in front, and one under the back truck so it lit up the entire board at night, I highly recommend this)
Typical Session Discipline: Commuting, Parking garages
How much did you pay?: $200
Where did you purchase it?: Directly from Flexdex
What were the strengths of the deck.: This was the most fun board I have ever ridden. The ride was pretty good not as good as some other flexdex boards, but not bad. What made this board so much fun was I could see everything underneath my feet and with the lights it gave you a real sense of floating down the road at night.
What were the weaknesses?: It looked too good and somone stole it.
Similar decks you have ridden?: I replaced this with a Flexdex slalolm 30v and it has a similar ride.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

This is a great commuter board to work or to school. The board is 29" long and is cool but wierd to see the pavement underneath you when riding. I switched out the Unit trucks and put in R-II 150s.. she sits high.. but is so quick and carvy. Coming from a 47" deck to a 29" deck was a whole new world. It will take a couple of days to get use to the board if you haven't ridden anything shorter than 30". Highly recommend this board if you want something small to cruise around on.
