Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: 2 years maybeWhat is your setup like?: Hooked it up with orange khiro barrel bushings, minilogo bearings and some O'tang Fat Frees.Typical Session Discipline: SidewalkSHRED! carving, minor slides and freestyle movesHow much did you pay?: cant rememberWhere did you purchase it?: gravity shopWhat were the strengths of the deck.: Insane versatile little riptool. The concave locks your feet in perfect and allows you to turn on a dime. Its also an insane pumpmachine and with the little tail you can drop boxes/ramps easy. the size makes it very portable in public transport also :DWhat were the weaknesses?: whopples.. but who cares!Similar decks you have ridden?: none..Would you recommend it?:
Yes

Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: about a yearWhat is your setup like?: tracker dart 129 trucks, gravity angled risers, 72mm 85a gravity super sliders (black)Typical Session Discipline: campus cruising, carving, pedestrian slalom, skurf, dhHow much did you pay?: $114Where did you purchase it?: http://gravityboard.comWhat were the strengths of the deck.: At 24'' length and with a 14.25'' wheelbase, this deck performs SOLIDLY enough to outperform boards twice its length. The hard 7-ply maple deck (with concave) locks your feet on the board for SOLID foot placement. The stubby tail and slight raise on the nose gives you a feel of where the board starts/ends without having to look down on the board. Couple this with a small wheelbase and you have a board that'll carve so hard and turn on a dime.
On the practical side of things, the size of this board makes it easy to hide in a backpack or carry on hand when on public transpo. On the aesthetic side, you will definitely catch people's attention zipping by and carving hard on this little monster of a board! What were the weaknesses?: Besides being a basis for foot placement, the stubby tail of the BW24 serves pretty much no other purpose.Similar decks you have ridden?: LBL Humu, Ladera Purple Heart and Ladera Surf n' TurfWould you recommend it?:
Yes

Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: I've been riding this board for 2 weeksWhat is your setup like?: I have tracker 129mm darts with blue khiro inserts on the top of the front truck and tracker hourglass bottoms on the bottom. Red khiro inserts on the top of the back and tracker hourglass bottoms on the bottom. 70mm kryptonic classic k's (clear) and bones reds bearings.Typical Session Discipline: I ride some big hills, so mostly cruising and intense carving. the hills are kind of rough, but doesn't affect the ride. How much did you pay?: I bought the deck for $50Where did you purchase it?: i bought it of the gravity website. www.gravityboard.comWhat were the strengths of the deck.: very fast, responsive. pumps like a dream. carving is amazing, and slides nicely. What were the weaknesses?: if you ride mainly longboards, foot placement might take a little while to get used to, but its nothing major. And the tail is kinda useless except for locking your feet in perfectly. You have to re-drill the truck holes if you want the tail to be more functional. But again, its no big deal.Similar decks you have ridden?: gravity mini classic 27"Would you recommend it?:
Yes
