Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: year & halfWhat is your setup like?: Randal 150, yellow randal bushings, rush ceramic bearings, Fu manchu ice whites, stainless hardwear and soft wedges. (Changed a few of the Gravity stock standards)Typical Session Discipline: Carve, cruise, mild downhill, pizza/dvd run.How much did you pay?: approx 180Au$ ... trying to remember.Where did you purchase it?: Boardshop.com.au..... sale specialWhat were the strengths of the deck.: Stable with good wheel base.. can go downhill and get decent speed without too much wobble on Randal150s!!!, slightly flexy ride ( got the funky green enviro weave version). Carves extremely well. Street slalom the road lines well, dodge people well. Looks good & Its a chick magnet. What were the weaknesses?: No real weaknesses. The weave surface can get damaged on curbs... nose can get bashed... just the usual things from general hard use. Tough deck... depending on how heavy you are ... can be used as a trampoline.. Im around 75-80kg. Little kick tail useful for foot positioning and kick n carry. Its a Slalom board people ... they are not spose to have much kick tail.Similar decks you have ridden?: Its unique and Gravity should keep pressing them.Would you recommend it?:
Yes
