Talk about standing out in a crowd. People stop me when I ride through the park. They want to know where I got it. What's the brand. How is the ride. Etc. It stops people in their tracks.

I get cat calls from cars passing by (the other day some guy yells 'Is that an ironing board?')
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 2 months
What is your setup like?: Stock: Abec 11 97's, Tracker 219 Dart trucks.
Typical Session Discipline: Cruising, cruising and more cruising
How much did you pay?: 319+ S&H
Where did you purchase it?: Online -- JAM site
What were the strengths of the deck.: Strong, Stable ride. No wobble on hills. It's almost scary how stable it is. Must be the size/length.
What were the weaknesses?: With it's size comes the weight. Not an about town ride. It's tall too but you get used to that as you cruising.
Similar decks you have ridden?: none.
Would you recommend it?: Yes

This board is sick! I have four or five other boards of various lengths, styles, and types, but this is in a class all by itself. It's a blast to ride and once it starts rolling it goes forever. In fact, I don't think it takes any more energy to get from point A to point B than it does on any of my other boards. Maybe even less. I strongly recommend this board to anyone who wants to learn how to do dancing tricks, needs a board for distance riding, or wants to look like a total longboarding pimp for the chicas!
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: One Week
What is your setup like?: ABEC 11, 97mm, 78a
Tracker 219mm Darts

Typical Session Discipline: Dancing
How much did you pay?: $320.00
Where did you purchase it?: JAM direct
What were the strengths of the deck.: Looks, style, rolling momentum, stability when doing dance tricks.
What were the weaknesses?: At 23lbs it's heavy. Similarly, it's difficult to transport and too big for in-town/traffic riding since it's 80". It's also a looooong way down when it's pushing time since the board and the custom risers are 17 ply EACH for a total of 34 ply PLUS the 97mm wheels from the ground.
Similar decks you have ridden?: A homemade waterski board. (Not even close so don't think you can strap a couple of trucks to a 2x4 for the same performance.)
Would you recommend it?: Yes

what a great board, its like floating on a cloud. the 17 ply holds up real well. wouldnt suggest you pile to many people on. got mine with 97/78a flywheels biggest problem: its high off the ground. the deck is 17 ply, plus the 97mm flywheels and the huge truck pads. it takes a while to get used to. best thing: this bad boy cruises forever. i love going out and freestyling all around on it. quickly became my favorite board. overall: doesnt carve to well (42 wheelsbase) goes forever. its great for walks, noserides, the whole shabang! if you['ll excuse me im gonig to feed my chickens, then go to the store on my Jam got money? BUY JAM
