Michael Stefaun's new Pro Deck from Pool Kings is bringing the bling! Look at that thing! Click it to visit the site. Stefaun's roots are in street skating. Therefore, it's only natural that his pool shape closely resembles the traditional, double-end, twin tip shape that so many street decks incorporate. Michael's Pool King deck is constructed using polymer composites and 5 plys of hard rock maple veneers. Pool Kings claim these are 8 ounces lighter than standard 7 ply wood decks of the same size and shape and retain their "pop" for a longer time as well. |

Longboard Review How long have you ridden the board: A few monthsWhat is your setup like?: Holeys, Night Rider Abec 7s, Lush Magmas 70mm/78a.
**New 2007 deck is 55 inches, 100% Canadian Maple Ply and different graphics too**Typical Session Discipline: Carving, cruising ................and Luge! How much did you pay?: £135 ($240)Where did you purchase it?: www.lushlongboards.comWhat were the strengths of the deck.: Concave locks you in but is gentle enough to let you move around easily on the board. Flexible for great pumping, but very stable at speed too. What were the weaknesses?: No wheel arches so board could bite depending on setup (risers). I have got marks on my deck from this, but haven't actually felt it while riding .......yet!Similar decks you have ridden?: Never ridden longer than 46 inches -so no comparison.Would you recommend it?:
Yes
