Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: four months
What is your setup like?: RII's, retro freerides, reds, khiro orange cones, flat washers, and half-inch spacers
Typical Session Discipline: a little dh, learning to do some dancing and sliding, carving
How much did you pay?: 130
Where did you purchase it?: daddies
What were the strengths of the deck.: super awesome flex, accidentally rubbed it against a concrete ledge and the graphic was fine, super lasting, lightweight
What were the weaknesses?: too many holes cut in the tail?
Similar decks you have ridden?: loaded fishy, dervish, pro 60, evo!!!
Would you recommend it?: Yes

This is my first board, and I love it. My friends compare it to the Loaded boards, and are all jealous of it. The response from the board is awesome. You feel as if you and the board are one. Love the flex. This thing will be great for sliding. Trust me you wont regret buying this board.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 2 days
What is your setup like?: V-Lam v2. Randal R-II 180mms, Flashbacks 78a,
Typical Session Discipline: crusing, carving, dh, pumping
How much did you pay?: 230
Where did you purchase it?: daddies
What were the strengths of the deck.: Flex is awesome. After riding a board with this flex, you wont wanna go back to a non flexy board.
What were the weaknesses?: Might need 1/8th risers
Similar decks you have ridden?: nothing similar. Ive ridden my friends Gravity 47'' and S9 bamboo Padang. Both are horrible compared to mine.

IMPORTANT! - My ratings are versus ALL longboards. If I was rating only on pintails, I'd give ALL 5's across the board because this board is FRESH!
Great for any discipline. I'd call it a starter deck but I bought it in my 4th year of longboarding and really enjoyed it.
If you're just starting and you love pumping around, It's perfect.
Virtually indestructible. If you can only afford ONE board, This will get you through college. (and at that price, you could get two!)
I met a man in Japan who swears by the Bigfish.
"What other board would I use to carve down Mount Fuji?"
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 1 year
What is your setup like?: HoneyComb core version of Bigfish

180mm Crail speed trucks with orange 70mm 78A Madrid center wheels(IMO Best gummy wheel ever).

Switch up with Abec11 98A No Skoolz for sick slides

Typical Session Discipline: Carving + Sliding + Around town
How much did you pay?: Complete price
Where did you purchase it?: Motionlongboards.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: It's ultra tough. Honeycomb core makes it impossible to delaminate.
Small and light. Great for girls or guys.
Decent flex for mid-speed carving. Very lively. Gives the old "bend and snap" a new meaning.;)
Flexy, yet perfectly stable at downhill speed.
So pretty. The graphics are amazing protected by scratch resistant clear coat.

What were the weaknesses?: Not quite enough flex for my carving skill/body weight.
I weigh 150 lbs. and 6' tall.
As with most pintails, wheel size and looseness of trucks are limited because there are no cutouts.

Similar decks you have ridden?: Sectornine SurfCamp (Same dimensions but bamboo)
Whole plethora of pintails

Would you recommend it?: Yes

the wood bigfish may be the most well rounded board i have ever ridden.
no kicktail, but enough tail room to kick turn and even ollie if need be.
I love it to death
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 6 Months or so
What is your setup like?: Holeys, 78a 70mm Zig Zags
Typical Session Discipline: Pumping, carving, commuting, dancing, banks, whatever i throw at it.
How much did you pay?: enough
What were the strengths of the deck.: Amazing feel to it. I have the old version (wood and FG).
It will handle anything I can dish out, with a few minor tweaks. I love it

What were the weaknesses?: nose shape is slightly different than i would have shaped it, but not bad at all.

New (Honeycomb) bigfish has a different flex to it. I prefer the old one

Similar decks you have ridden?: S9s, home mades, Insect Pintail, etc...
Would you recommend it?: Yes

This is a half decent deck for a new rider (or someone who is starting back after 6 or so years of not touching a board). It's flexy, forgiving, and controls pretty well. It also looks slick as hell with clear griptape on a summer day (it's translucent).
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: 4 months
What is your setup like?: Crail Speed (all color) 180 mms,Sector nine speedballs (the clear ones) 78a duroSwiss REDS
Typical Session Discipline: Carve, Communte, ride
Where did you purchase it?: Underworld Skateshop - Montreal
What were the strengths of the deck.: FLEX!!The deck weighs so little for something it's size that I use it all the time, for everything. It's handy, easy to walk with, and rides like a dream
What were the weaknesses?: I haven't found any major ones, aside from what you'd expect from a 43 inch pintail.
Similar decks you have ridden?: none. I'm new.
Would you recommend it?: Yes
