Richie Carrasco at SK8KINGS will give you tons of advice about how to set up the deck properly. There is a huge loyal following of users of these decks (The AXE ARMY) and you will be in good company at any slalom race.

Longboard Review

How long have you ridden the board: I have had this board about 5 months
What is your setup like?: 70mm Zig-Zag wheels.Double-wedged front and rear trucks, both are Splitfire.
Typical Session Discipline: Slalom racing
How much did you pay?: ??? Maybe 150? I also ordered bushings, trucks, wheels
Where did you purchase it?: SK8KINGS
What were the strengths of the deck.: Rock-solid performance. When it slides around a slalom cone, I can ease up a bit and it stops sliding. My feet are easier to place in the correct position due to the concave and kick-tail. Really good grip tape too!
What were the weaknesses?: It actually looks a bit ugly and "angular".
