The bite sized rocket, this mini is built for pedestrian slalom. The board’s stiff flex allows for hard pumping while sliding on command. This board is a great campus cruiser and pumper.

if you want a deck that's small enough to take around everywhere without sacrificing a smooth, low ride, get the gnome. definitely get the larger version if you have big feet!
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: a week
What is your setup like?: I have the drop through version, and I also got the longer/wider (29" x 9") deck. Paris 150s, 70mm/83a orangatang 4prez, bones reds.
Typical Session Discipline: commuting, carving, messing around
How much did you pay?: $160
Where did you purchase it?: Legendary website
What were the strengths of the deck.: no wheelbite! fairly stiff (only slightly flexes under my 200 lb.), responsive, and stable considering how tight it turns. if I'm taking the train or hanging out with friends who don't ride, this is the deck I take. I thought the short length would be sketchy on hills, but it's actually super solid and easier to DH than a Dervish IMO. the noses/tails are usable for hopping cracks, etc. The concave is quite comfortable for my size 13 feet.
What were the weaknesses?: it's a tiny bit heavy for the size. (heavier than the loaded pintail, which is the other deck I've ridden Paris 150s on.) the foot space is quite small. I got it dropped through and having the baseplates on top cuts into the foot room even more. the finish, while nice looking, scratches easily and the ends of the deck are already messed up from normal use. It's delaminated, too.
Similar decks you have ridden?: s9, arbor minis. sort of like an old school carving deck like dogtown, etc. but vastly superior due to the wheel cutouts, you don't have to add risers. the drop throughs make this the lowest mini I've tried.
Would you recommend it?: No

Psst. dont listen to ceb127, he lies.
this board is a great board to have fun times on, as well as do slalom, if its setup right. legendary has excellent stains, when i got this board, the first thing i thought was, "pimm, how do you do it?" i have it with black stain and could not be more pleased with the appearance.
Longboard Review
How long have you ridden the board: a few days
What is your setup like?: Bennets, zigzags and black panther bearings
Typical Session Discipline: you can slalom, and do other things minis can do
How much did you pay?: 40 for the deck +5 for shipping
Where did you purchase it?: legendarylongboards.com
What were the strengths of the deck.: this deck is very agile and a great makeshift slalom board, i dont even know how to describe the way it feels, its uniqe and rides super smooth
What were the weaknesses?: the wood is a bit soft, and porely glued, buy maple rather than baltic birch
Similar decks you have ridden?: no such thing
Would you recommend it?: No
