Retailer Reviews What did you buy?: Nothing, thats the problem. I drove all the way out to boulder from Denver specifically to buy a new deck. I was originally looking at a Landyaghtz Chinook, but wasn't quite feeling it. I asked the owner if I could look at the spud which was up on the wall. The dude get half way up a chair and then stops and tells me that he doesnt take boards down unless you're gonna buy 'em because otherwise he has to take boards down all day which scratches them. Now I'm somewhat confused here at this point as to why you need a brick and mortar moneytrap if they won't show you the board? I can see pictures/get the dimensions/read reviews and impressions/buy it cheaper online. The only thing I cant do is hold it in my grubby hands and get a feel for the damn thing. That the owner of the store would refuse to let me look at it strikes me as stupidity at best! He actually pulled out a tape measure so I could "get an idea how long it is". You know what else would let me get an idea how long it is? You pulling it off the rack. When did you buy it?: didntHow much did you spend?: noneWas the site easy to navigate if the purchase was online?: Brick and mortar money-trapDid the purchase go smoothly?: No. Somehow the guy managed to drive off a commited customer w/ cash in hand. I needed a new deck, drove 45 minutes out of my way to buy one, and the guy pissed me off enough that I left.Did you feel like they appreciated your business?: No, hands down. If you run a skate shop and don't like talking shop w/ skaters then there is an issue.Would You recommend them in the future?: No, the owner pissed me the hell off!
