It's expensive here!Was the site easy to navigate if the purchase was online?: The site is very easy to navigate and the images and description are, for the most part, very accurate and helpful.Did the purchase go smoothly?: Absolutely.Did you feel like they appreciated your business?: Unlike most of the other shops in SF, Purple Skunk is both helpful and "genuinely" interested in their customers. I didn't have to be in their "crew" or clique to get the help and information I desired. Great attitude and commitment to customer service!Would You recommend them in the future?: Without a doubt! This shop is THE S**T!!!
