These really are a great truck for their price. Perfect for DH, stable as and corner nicely. However I managed to bend the hangar+axel+baseplate in a reasonably light crash. They are prefect for the learner wanting to get into downhill, and are nice and light on the wallet.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: about 2 months before they broke
What Setup are you running them on?: FSU Pro race
Typical Discepline?: DH
How much did you pay for them?: $70 aud
Where did you buy them?: dave k
What are their weaknesses?: axles bend quite easily, as are baseplates
What are their strengths?: very stable downhill truck with a solid amount of lean and corner perfectly
What similar equipment have you ridden?: randals, assorted cnc trucks, bears
Would you recommend them?: Undecided

they are awesome. they turn a lot. i feel way more comfortable downhilling with these than the crails i had just b/c they could turn so much and i have no doubt in maneuvering them through corners.
Equipment Reviews

What are their strengths?: construction, only 35 degrees and yet turn so deep

Randal option?, Friday, 02 February 2007

Written by guest   -  View all my reviews  - #1 Reviewer

I recieved a set of these trucks from A-Drain in Australia. I liked them right from the moment I opened the box. Estetically they are very pleasing. The colour combo I recieved were blue hangers and black bases. Strait out of the box they have decent bushings in them but they can tend to be a bit unresponsive. Over all the truck feels very much like a Randal but slightly more solid underfoot. I've had these on everything from an EVO to a LBL 56"er and I like them alot. As far as Randal style trucks they are lighter and better made than R2's and could see them selling quite well in North America. That said the cost of getting them from Oz is always a tough one to swallow.
