If you are in the market for downhill trucks, this is it. You might have heard the baseplates are tall. This is true. But they are so precise, and so fantastically put together it wont matter. You may have heard the bushing seat is pretty restrictive. It is. It also makes these things insanely stable. You may have heard that there are spherical bearings in the hangers. This is true. And it makes these things so responsive you will terrorize anything else in your path on the way down the hill. These are so well designed, it very well might make you give up you gear whoring ways.

Do it.

they might take a little getting used to but in the end theyre worth it, i recomend trying a set before buying them, its a big investment, and when you try them get them up to speed, 40kmph minimum that way you know how they handle and it gives you a deeper perspective into how they ride rather than just standing on it, always test to ensure you 100%trust what your riding your life on at 90k+ down a mountain
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 1 month so far
What Setup are you running them on?: 3/16" rogers bros dh deck, 10degree nose in front, to riser plates in the back, jimz white stims in front and black in the back, sinsystem bearings, flywheels 83mm 78a
Typical Discepline?: DOWNHILL
How much did you pay for them?: retail (igot a good dcel, hookups ;) )
Where did you buy them?: McPhails cycle and sport limited, 98 kingst. kitchener/waterloo ontario, canada
What are their weaknesses?: they dont turn a bunch until you get them up to speed, it hurts me when they scratch cuz their just so pretty, somepeople find them twitchy and floating feeling at first, not me, for them to maintain their precisioness a regular cleaning and wipedown is required
What are their strengths?: very stable, hold an awesome line, precion fast, thick axel (willnot bend, deep bushing cup, removable axle, spherical bearing, and best of all, they just look sooo cool ;)
What similar equipment have you ridden?: nothing really compares, bear smokeys? radikal talons?
Would you recommend them?: Yes

They are quite an upgrade from randals. With the spherical bearing, you either love them or hate them. I would recommend riding them before buying them.
Equipment Reviews
How long have you ridden them?: 6 months
What Setup are you running them on?: LBL Stingray, Comet Voodoo, Kebbek Ian Comishin
Typical Discepline?: Downhill
How much did you pay for them?: $225
Where did you buy them?: Landyachtz
What are their weaknesses?: The axles tend to rust easily... and the pivot cup can be very difficult to press into the baseplates.
What are their strengths?: Everything, solid ride, EXTREMELY responsive, the grip is amazing, predictable drifting, burly construction, removeable axles and spherical bearing.
Would you recommend them?: Undecided
