Michael Stefaun's new Pro Deck from Pool Kings is bringing the bling! Look at that thing! Click it to visit the site. Stefaun's roots are in street skating. Therefore, it's only natural that his pool shape closely resembles the traditional, double-end, twin tip shape that so many street decks incorporate. Michael's Pool King deck is constructed using polymer composites and 5 plys of hard rock maple veneers. Pool Kings claim these are 8 ounces lighter than standard 7 ply wood decks of the same size and shape and retain their "pop" for a longer time as well. |

Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: 4-5 monthsWhat Setup are you running them on?: Loaded Vanguard, Fibreflex Funshape, Gravity SpoonoseTypical Discepline?: Cruise, Carve, Pump, WalkWhat are their weaknesses?: Not the most stable truck in itself. More experienced riders can probably handle them, but don't expect the trucks to do the work for you. Only drilled new-shcool. Stock bushings not phenomenal but they're supposed to be revised soon. What are their strengths?: Very smooth turning truck, durable too. Not too expensive but performs well. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Randals, briefly.Would you recommend them?:
Yes

Equipment Reviews How long have you ridden them?: A few weeksWhat Setup are you running them on?: S9 Carvin' Niner pintail, 78A Gumballs, Bones SwissTypical Discepline?: CruisingHow much did you pay for them?: 50Where did you buy them?: Skatewerks, RIver Edge NJWhat are their weaknesses?: Twitchy with stock bushings. Paint on hangar scratches off if you look at it funny. Included mounting bolts are too short for many applicationsWhat are their strengths?: SMOOOOOOOOOTH. Looks like a precision machined product rather than the tin pot appearance of name-brand trucks as recent as 5 years ago. Including mounting bolts, speed rings, and matching riser a nice touch, but the bolts could be longer to accommodate preferences for higher risers/thicker boards--but that's being picky. What similar equipment have you ridden?: Randal 180's, Gullwing AlpinesWould you recommend them?:
Yes
