Retro Skateboards released their killer FreeRides wheels in February '09, stokin' out skaters that had craved a set of the incredible 'Fishballs wheels and opening up options for carving, sliding and ripping with two additional duros in the "Reflex" line of ultra-rebound, super traction urethane. They're fast, plush and grippy when you want them to be. Now, Retro's got the same wheels, but poured in the "Classic" Abec 11 urethane formulas for skaters seeking a different feel, and Silverfish Longboarding.com has the first, limited pour of them, reserved for you...

Gravitis into Skateboarding
Synonim of Professional Freeboarding, meant as the possibility of tuning freeboards with dedicated hardware, Gravitis joins Professional Skateboarding. Brand is designed, manufactured and distributed by the Italian company Broox headed by Al Grippaldi, FIAT CAP race car driver until 1997, Pro Street Luger since 1998, on the edge organizing Salice Red Bull GP Italia, Rimini S-Games (multisport) and boardsport events organizer. So not just a return to the roots, while the way to improve the limits in sport Gravitis is involved.
Even if they make a small contribution to downhill in particular, the'll be there to attend IGSA events from Eolo in Italy.
Gravitis trucks have distinctive Italian bikes design for hangers, welded in one piece with stainless steel axles, bent to deliver the Camber parameter to skateboarding.
Gravitis Grip Series trucks features are listed as follows:
The Killswitch says it all. The brainchild of Kevin “K-Rimes” Reimer is finally out and ready to steal your time, your urethane, and your minds. With years of experience riding downhill and a sharp mind, Kevin has taken the time to think about each and every movement you make when riding downhill, and how a board could make those maneuvers easier through being positively “locked in”. Ergonomics were the name of the game when this board came to be and it stickhandled through the competition better than Gretzky ever could.
Forty2 Longboards is a small operation located in Seattle, Washington. Forty2 believes strongly that there should not be a disconnect between art and function and was born out of a desire to combine these ideals. The designer and builder, Sean, is a skater who has often been unsatisfied with the commercial board choices presented to him. After many years in high end construction, he developed an understanding of the intricacies of different woods, as well as the fundamentals of elegant design. Experimentation began in his garage and after several successful builds for friends the word got out. Forty2 Longboards is quickly establishing itself as a standout.
Is your mini a racer or is your racer a mini? The Mini-Abbatis!
Daddies Board Shop and Rayne Longboards came out with the “The Abbatis” limited edition Hellcat in Spring of ’09 and blew through three runs of board this summer.
Daddies just had to have a couple mini versions of the board made for the twins and WHO KNEW there was an untapped need for a mini race board? There were so many requests after one of the mini versions appeared in Concrete Wave held by the child of a Rayne guy that a complete run of the boards seemed to be in order.
