The TDSB (the school board in Toronto) just put up this Youtube video about a full 2 semester credit program devoted to skateboard deck building.
I am told the TDSB are going to post the video on their school board home page.
Craig Morrison the teacher and to a smaller extent Norah and I have worked hard to get this running. The hoops Craig had to go through were amazing. I already have seen great things happen within the group.
About time things like this started happening!

Have you ever thought about teaching deck building?
damn,..wish i had this when i was in high school
but then again, seeing as what the marks i received in shop in class -maybe it's a good thing i stuck to history and english!
