this longboard is great! it rides extremely smooth even on bumpy streets..i definitely would recommend this board to a beginner. And also if you haven't bought this board yet but you want to, get the Hawaiian designed one it looks more professional!

Comments about Nash 1003270 Hobie Longboard:
U dont feel bumps on road cause of the big weels.
Im a light rider (80lb) so its hard for me to steer the board. Also it heads very lightly to the right because the weels rnt perfectly alignd.

I use it for just cruising....im fine with the design don't want anything flashy the hawiian disign is what i dig it's a pretty good board really smooth even with all of the bumps on the streets......dont like the gray color...would be nice red or blue or even green or purple...it's a good board just needs to come with more than just the board and the box...needs the skate tool.. for a begginner this is the perfect board.

I use this to just ride around my neighborhood. its good to get over the sewer grates and i barely even feel the cracks in the sidewalk when i ride over them. the thing i also liked was how nice the ride is its very smooth. the thing i dont like about it is that the design isnt that appealing.

great for begginers or rec. skaters

No way! Nash still lives? I thought they finally called it quits when the factory burned down.

Too bad.
