Default If you ran a skate shop....

what would you put in the shop to make it truly remarkable?
what would call the shop?
where would it be located?
how much floor space for hardgoods?
how much for softgoods?

the boardroom.

central- on a hill- and online...

30 70. hard soft. you can keep one of each on display easier with decks.

I would make it a complete sporting goods shop, but only fun sports. There would be every kind of board, sort of like Woody's in Atlanta. Then there would be road, mountain and BMX bikes, whitewater kayaks, a huge skatepark, indoor rock climbing walls, a man-made wave surf pool, a 20-story figure-8 corkscrew parking garage, a 21-and-over beverage section, and some other stuff I can't think of right now. This is all of course provided I had several million to get started.

I HATE malls with a passion. I'd put mine in a big field out somewhere so there would be enough room for the skatepark.
