Filed under: Celebrity Justice Don Vito, the unintelligible, overweight uncle of jackass Bam Margera, was charged with 12 felony counts of violating bail related to a Colorado arrest last year. Vito was charged with fondling three girls between the ages of 13 and 15, during an August 2006 appearance at a Colorado Mills mall. One girl testified at a preliminary hearing that Vito grabbed her breast.
He pled not guilty to all charges and was freed on $50,000 bail. As a condition of his bail, he was ordered not to use drugs or alcohol, and to have no contact with children. It was not immediately clear what the nature of his bail violations were.
Vito regularly appears on Margera's MTV show "Viva La Bam" and is often the butt of Bam's jokes and attacks.
I wonder if they are going to make this into a hilarous viva la bam episode. They might hit the judge in the face with a pie, then like HIM crashes the courtroom and plays some sweet crazy super hit.
What this article forgot to say is the fact that all of these young ladies had food crumbs on their shirts...he was not going for breasts, he was going for crumbs!

i know a girl who was groped by vito...i don't think she's involved in this case...but still, he's a dirty old man...granted the girl i know thought it was funny (oh yah i gotz groped by teh bam'z unkle). she said he was at a book signing or something and groping all the underage girls there (granted, this was a few years ago, so i'm not sure statute of limitations on stuff like this , but i'm sure it's past now)
Being attracted to little kids is one thing. If you find help. If you don't have the moral values to restrain yourself from taking advantage of a helpless person: thats f####ed up.
