@D.T.: I beat 2 of those red thingies with my old mini cooper at the ring (slightly modded 1992 cooper 1300i bored out to 1400 with the injection system torn off for twin webers and Spax racing springs). Not on the straights I must admit but a mini will outcorner just about annything. Could also be the drivers though :P
I've also driven a ferrari @ the ring. But i't's just not the pure fun of driving for me. I need to use my arms hard, I need to be tired and be hurt in all possible places when I've done a few laps.
You lucky son of a bitch! I would my friggen nose to be able to drive ANYTHING on the Nurburgring let alone a modded OG mini or Ferrari!
ferrari needs to have a longboard made, carbon deck with stroker-like trucks and mag wheels,
estimated cost $7000, includes free issue of concrete wave !
anyone buying the new skyline? just set the record on the ring!!

Like, omg. Daddy was going to buy a new Ferrari (He crashed his Carrera GT into his Diablo, lol), and he saw this AWESOME skateboard!!!!!!!1 It goes real fast!!!! I rode it down the new ramp my dad bought (I think they call it a half-pipe), but I hit my head. My dad made me wear my Ferrari helmet though so I was OK. Plus my 43 servants caught me. They broke my Iphones (all 3) so I had them fired. Damn Mexicans. I'm gonna have dad hire puerto ricans next time.
looks like they put a lot thought into those bikes...
Did Ferrari not do any research in designing this skateboard, other than the basic material used? Could they not expand on the concept, like BMW has done with their board? I know there are some good racers (skateboard) in Italy that might have found a project like this interesting.
BMW had a suspension concept that they put in a skateboard form, what are some things that Ferrari would want to expand on? Aerodynamics, weight, materials (other than grip add-on), maybe even a new turning/suspension concept. Apply these concepts throughout the entire skateboard, plus all the money and background from Ferrari, and maybe input from Italian skaters-
Just goes to show you that all New School boards are pathetically the same, even when they are a Ferrari.
Puhlese, these are gift/promotional items, Ferrari makes cars, they don't waste their time designing skateboards.
Raoul, those bikes are made by Colnago, I doubt Ferrari have anything to do with the design.
For the BMW board, I believe it was some industrial designer's idea, sold under the BMW label.
Honda had the kick n go scooter in the 70's. Just a marketing ploy to promote their brand. I did see a Honda downhill mountain bike a while back that had some unusual CVT shifting.
