If everyone followed this logic, we'd still have slavery. After all, didn't white people earn their positions as slave-owners? Are we supposed to apologize for being a more advanced society that was able to exploit the Africans? Should we have moved to Africa and hunted gazelles just to make things fair, or should we have used what biological evolution gave us and if that allowed us to rise to the top, then things were as they should have been?
That's a flawed analogy. It wasn't 'biology' that allowed european civilization to develop faster/farther than african: it was largely geography and distribution of animal and plant species. in other words, the luck or bad luck of the draw. but men and women lived together in every society. and in every society, males are better at certain things that females and females are better at other certain things than males, and nothing will ever change (at least not in the foreseeable future) to erase those differences.

both sexes can and should participate in every activity. but no whining for equal time/money/fame/whatever if you're not at the true top of the heap.

By the way, I bet I'd really like skating with you.
