why would DP be in the Olympics?
they don't have an over 40 category....

It would be interesting to see the BMX at the Olympics this year.
Although they picked the outdated track discipline, it fits the boring Olympic image. Too bad they had to take out some velodrome event to replace it.

So MB, you seem to be against big corporate in skateboarding and yet you want to jump on the Olympic bandwagon. Hard to have both...

I've always found BMX racing to be pretty exciting. And while I'll miss the time trials, from the average spectator's viewpoint, those are probably the least exciting events.

And I'm especially looking forward to the possibility that 2 bikes that I worked on will make the podium...

It's OK for swimmers to "pose" with the sneakers, though, right?

It needs DH and Slalom....leave everything else to the x games or local comps. imagine the tech advances that would come of it, and how that would be passed down to us

That's like the Olympics having track and field; but not gymnastics. It's possible to do two things without exploding.
