I have ditched work very few times to skate. I work my skating around work. Skate for 20-30min during lunch and/or after work.

The thing that sucks about being a bicycle commuter is that I cannot effectively transport my DH gear where I want to skate, and the scene where I'm at is nonexistent, just me and one friend right now. I'm looking forward to getting back to the northwest where there is a kickass scene.

So to answer your question, no I have not done that, but if the right opportunity arose, hell yes.

I intend to... But I can just request time off if I really need to. I skate to work and at lunch. I already got my time off request APPROVED for FOS! PTO is such a killer concept.
