Hi!

Very exciting news for Daddies, a segment on how to “Look and Feel 10 Years Younger” on NBC’s “The Today Show” provided a huge plug for DaddiesBoardShop.com. The web site address was displayed on the screen as they discussed the Arbor Koa Pintail Longboard as an age-defying gadget that would certainly make you “Look and Feel 10 Years Younger”.

Attached is a screen shot of the segment as well as link to the entire segment. The longboard section starts at over 8 minutes 40 seconds into the video link.

Good find. It's true. Chronic stress has eaten people I know alive. Treat your body right! I have been privileged and fortunate to have the vast playgrounds of the Pacific Northwest at my disposal all my life and I believe leading a vigorous life has helped keep me young, fairly strong, and pretty much resistant to all forms of illness.

Here's what the good doctor is saying:

Go to bed and get some damn rest.

Eat your greens, and cut back on the sugar, fat and salt.

Exercise every day! Even a walk.

MODERATION on the smoking, drinking, sex and video games etc.

Be nice. Everyone's got it tough. Be nice and good things will come your way.

Take care of each other. We're all in this together!

Resist negative thinking and negative thoughts. Feel yourself getting angry about something someone said? Let it go. Mad about Bush? The wars? The debt? Good!! Be a POSITIVE force for change.

A positive mental attitude will take you everywhere. Everywhere. You will skate better, cross-step quicker, and have more all-around steeze. Plus the girls.

Congratulations DADDIES, Arbor, and longboarding in general on the free national exposure!! Woot!
