EDIT: also, i'd say smokers owe society, not the other way 'round. you're a huge part of the reason healthcare costs are thru the roof. too bad taxing the #### outta cigarettes hasn't discouraged more people from quitting. i hate hearing someone say "money's so tight for me right now" yet they're a pack-a-day or more smoker. might as well roll up dollar bills, light them, and smoke them
