CW Winter Issue just arrived !

I just received the winter issue of CW and the M M I X calendar.
Great articles, graphics, ads, photos, etc, etc.

Anybody else get theirs ?

Hey Alc,

Did it come with the Colabo DVD? I seem to remember talk about the winter issue coming with a free Colabo DVD if you re-up'd your subscription or something.

No Colabo DVD was in the package only the calendar,
Hey Mr. Brooke was a DVD supposed to be included?

they are over 400 grams...so we sent them out the fastest way we could without offending the postal gods!

yes....Sweden already has them

but, trust me, they are DEFINITLEY ON THEIR WAY!

glad you like it...I am quite pleased with this issue..it's pretty well rounded.

if you like the calendar, be sure to phone/contact the companies.

as for DVD...i believe it has been postponed to either JAN or April...it is however coming.

the goal with CW is NAMES, names and more names...
we want readers to feel very connected...

and yes, it's also a momento of what the hell is going on in the world of skateboarding RIGHT NOW....and what has happened

Got mine today (Connecticut, USA) - no DVD, but an excellent calendar!!

As always - this mag gets better and better with each issue...

I got mine in the mail, neatly packed in the plastic with the calendar, yesterday!

First issue I've gotten in the mail (news-stand before), so I'm stoked! The calendar is sweet too!

Some praise.

Concrete Wave just saved me in Design class. I had forgotten to gather up my material examples required to receive my Final Package for the class (our final grade assignments) but luckily I was saved by Concrete Wave and longboarding in general.

I had examples of awesome looking ads in my trusty copy of Concrete Wave mag I keep in my backpack, a Stoked Skatedboards business card that looks awesome, and a cool postcard from Daddies Board Shop - all of which filled in the missing ad examples and saved by butt today (I grabbed a NY Times on the way in for the newspaper stuff).

Just another thing to be happy about Concrete Wave.

BTW: Everyone I show the mag to loves it. My design prof. said it's VERY well done as well and also loves it.

I seem to get most of my issues from the fine folks at South Shore (they toss 1-2 in the box when I order). Don't know why I stopped getting them directly.

Jealous. Still waiting in Brooklyn. Subscribed when I "supported the fish" a while ago, but maybe it got swallowed in teh webz.

And god do I need a calendar bad.
