Question Wheel Enigma

Hey folks
This MAY be a total noob question but i would like a little bit of a hand and i have been on the fish/lurking for a while now so i think its fair i was granted a dumb question.thanks.

Im looking for some downhill wheels for my soon-to-be-ordered evo complete.
I have been running d/h on a Rayne Hellcat with bear 10mm and 79aWhite Speedvents(85mm)

I feel that the 'vents are a touch too slippery for my liking, but i dont have any complaints about the way they slide. so i dont really like WHEN they slide, but i do like HOW they slide, just wanted that clear.

I want a DH wheel that will hold speed, make tight drop knee turns, grip if my line changes suddenly and also one that will not have a difficult or uber chattery slide when i do a safety or pendy and wont chunk under above stresses.

I am trying to keep my costs below $300 for the complete so my choices are:

85mm HAWGS
76mm Gumballs
77mm HAWGS
75mm BigZigs(probably orange/lemon?lime would look rad though lol)

let me know what you think 'fishers.
Thanks again.
