Lol Stupid movie.... But seriously, you need to lower the number of miles next time. Overdoing it and straining your body like that is actually worse for conditioning your body than a steady workout regimen. Cut that ride down to 25-30 miles and do it more often.
You will feel better and better as you slowly work up to that peak that you want to reach. There is truth to "no pain no gain" but overdoing it hurts more than helps.
