I don't know if you're a beginner, but I'll assume the worst.
Loaded decks are hands down the best carvers, but also the least stable, so I wouldn't take one downhilling. Anything from S9 or Gravity will work. Holey makes some great carver trucks, look into 'em. You can't go wrong with R-IIs though. Wheels: I would go with S9 Race formulas, 70mm 78a. I have some, they grip the road like mad but don't slow you down. As for bearings, Bones has the best, but they're mad expensive. Tracker Abec 5's(faster than I thought) or Biltin 7's should work ok. just don't get Greaseballs, they SUCK.
