man this helped me out a lot I am new to silverfish but have been skating a minute or two and I am glad to get info from an indy freak. I had been running old 169s stage 4 or 5 on increaingly large wheelbases and my #### broke up at 40 ish no matter what I did. I have tried most of the downhill trucks that are reasonable in price and hated them all (them shits dont turn). I prefer tail happy steering so I took 36 inch pps slalom deck, mounted front truck on bearing spacers to make pins more vertical and used slalom tail mounts and wedged rear truck flat to where it should be and new speed record is 48mph with 58 looking like no problem at all no trace of a wobble. sorry for the long post but kickass info.
