I was a driver for UPS this past holiday season in Vernon and Highland Lakes. I can't imagine Breakneck Rd being skateable, ever (hell it's barely driveable in a POS UPS truck
) The speed you would get would be wicked fast, and for such a steep curvy road, their is considerable traffic. Not to mention, Breakneck leads right out to the main road past Vernon Valley Ski Resort, with no run out to slow down. I would recommend parts of Highland Lakes Rd which is a bit more mellow and would have more areas for run out. Their are plenty of hills in that area, but some of the roads are really rough and pothole ridden.
