Need to stretch?
I'm having a bit of trouble getting my back foot down flat sideways. I can do it with my right foot, but not my left. I ride goofy. Going into a tuck, I've had my toe down but not my foot and it's less stable. The problem is I just don't seem to have the range of motion to get it down. I also rolled my ankle pretty well about four weeks ago and it still hurts to try to bend it that much.
Is this an issue I can fix by stretching or did I possibly screw up my ankle?
