Default Re: Switching Skate Stance

Find a long flat bike path and switch between all of the different pushes; goofy/regular, goofy/mongo, switch/reg, switch/mongo. It took me about three 8 mile rides of doing that and I had it down. The first time it was hard to keep pushing switch because (I'm regular footed) my right leg would be burning after holding me up. I loosened my trucks up a bunch and practiced balancing on my right leg both on carpet and when riding. Really loose trucks will also force you to balance better, which will help out with normal riding as well.
