O.K. here goes.France ave,and Minnesota Drive ,Edina..France and 494.brown 4 -5 levels,stairs..I have skated this for 4 years.The best time is 7 pm on Sunday,any other time and it is a bust.In any garage if security tells you to leave, ,just leave. Later Dave
