Well there are really a lot of different choices out there for your specifications... In all brands. Try something around 40-45" unless you wanna try boardwalking... then go bigger. Smoother rides will depend mostly on wheels however and for a smoother ride your going to want softer wheels probably something around 78-82a... Anything over won't grip that well and anything under will be too soft. Also for a smoother ride the bigger wheel the better as long as you can avoid wheel bite but that can be done with some risers.
