Drop knee problems
I am having trouble with the drop knee position. I can squat down just fine at the 10 and 2 positions but putting my whole back foot flat on the board is basically impossible because my knee doesn't bend that way apparently. What am I missing. Is this going to hurt my sliding technique? Does anyone have tips on how to have really good drop knee form? Is drop knee form that important? Any pictures or techniques that will help me do this better? A lot of quesitons I know but I am just starting out and that comes with the territory. Any help would be much appreciated.
