ok, ok....check this out. I just got back from riding my longboard thru that corner on my street, but wouldnt you just know it, the neighbor of mine that lives in that corner house didnt like the idea of me skating thru that corner so she decided to water down the sidewalk and gutter. I only got to cross-step that corner twice!!!!! The nerve of that old fat woman!

I didnt let it phase me tho, I just hung out in my driveway for the rest of the day workin on my step spin move, nose manuals and step-offs. But hey, its all good cos all the time I put into practicing my moves payed off...I could care less if that woman ruined my corner cross-step experience. Cos get this...I GOT THE STEP SPIN DOWN BABY!!!! oh yes, sweet victory! I would like to thank Lee for all the advice he gave me on that move, I would like to thank that fat bitter old neighbor of mine who stopped me from cruisin around and gave me the option to focus more on my stepping, and i would like to add somethin more. Here's a tip that helped me get that move down even faster, for those who are still having trouble with it like i was: try walking on the board as you stand in one spot on the pavement, kinda like let it roll beneath you and get the feeling down of walking backwards and forwards, letting it roll in front of you..just two steps at a time and stepping off, repeat the opposite way. I tried that alot, and I think it totally helped!!!!
