slide a hell of a lot smoother than otangs and cost a lot less, I'm surprised people aren't buying them either

The 81a slide smoother with good grip than anything else near that duro. That I've personally ridden anyway. Hawgs and Kryps were/are good but they're a little dead IMO.

I'm jumping on the flashie talk, I've got 2 sets and I love em.

Exactly why Flashies rule. I'm surprised more people don't ride them these days. Weird.

Flashies are a staple in my quiver . I actually think most other wheels are judged next to them.

chappys wheels have always been good and the product speaks for itself. the classic thane is just getting some more notoriety lately cus of the whole freeride deal

I rode 78a's. They were good. Slid like a powerball, kinda. Had good grip but bettery smooth slide when thrown sideways.

They're VXB and good quality. They don't have build in speed rings like the Biltin though.
I think bearings like this was made way before Biltins.

ya, i have seen cheep abec 3s on wallmart boards from like 5 years ago that have the built in spacer. abec11 wasnt the first to do it, they were just the first to do it well

i thought that they were VXBs. i just hate how they are relabeling them as thier own house bearings when i can get them here too:

that just seems weird... i know that why arent the first, but selling VXB bearings as Daddies seems weird.

also, why isnt there a soft small grippy wheel in the reflex thane? i want a vice grip smooth soft wheel i can use with a topmount... but it seems chappy doesn't make one. why arent there 66mm reflex pink zigs? or have i totaly over looked some other wheel. im about ready to buy some 66mm Superballs from the classifieds. i want a glue wheel. sliding it nice, but i like sticking and powering through things.
