It's not a matter of time nearly as much it is a matter of unprofessional conduct. He should be on SF every day letting people know whats going on, and making sure the people who already gave him money know that he is keeping them in the loop.

Gotta agree with you Rod. Paying customers should get status updates, SF in general should feel privileged that Chatput takes time out of his day to even respond to us and show us sneak peaks of various creations.

False. Car companies, software companies, electronics companies, entertainment companies and countless others all announce products before them come out. It is not some magical thing that abec11 tells us about products they will be releasing soon. Any one with any education in business marketing knows that keeping potential customers in the loop is smart business. If Chaput, and everyone at abec11 wanted to run a better more successful business, they would make regular announcements about new projects, they would announce and hold to specific release dates, and they would be more dedicated about replying to all correspondence from consumers.

Thanks for the video...I normally don't disagree with peoples thoughts by saying False. and then acting like I know exactly what I'm talking about. Do you think that Nodoze actually runs a business? But yet still thinks he knows more about running a company than someone who does and does a pretty good job at it too.

If you have never been frustrated by waiting for the release of a video game, piece of software, movie, television show, book, or technology then you have lived a blessed life. You are also making a comparison between large, multinational (in some cases), and much more monied companies. Companies that have R&D, Marketing, Accounting, Business Development, IT, Manufacturing, etc., departments, not a skateboard/longboard wheel company. Silverfish is lucky that Abec11, Earthwing, Kebbek, Rayne, Loaded, etc. give us the information on upcoming products. So my original point stands. If you want sneak peaks and a level of transparency in product development, then get ready to be disappointed.

That being said. I'll repeat my original point when I agreed with Mr. Rod. The people who paid should get updates, but being a person who paid, I will be patient because in the big scheme it will be all right.

The black cored mishaps are not for sale at this time. It wouldn't really be fair to those who just paid full price and/or had to wait for their wheels. I do think that I'll be doing one or two promotions at a later date for those wheels. Maybe Christmas and New Years?

Promotion #2: "Amber Skidmarks". Buy a set of 4 amber black cored wheels and get 4 more for half price.
